AshantiGold SC coach, Thomas Duah says he is confident his side will beat Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
The Miners will be hosted by the Porcupine Warriors in the matchday 12 games at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ashanti Derby.
Having suffered a 1-0 defeat to Medeama SC in the matchday 11 games at the Len Clay Stadium, Duah is upbeat that his side will return to winning ways against Kotoko.
“Playing Asante Kotoko is always a difficult game,” the former Ghana international told Accra based Asempa FM.
“We lost to Medeama SC at home but my players are eager to make amends against Asante Kotoko.
“I am very confident that we will beat Asante Kotoko at their home grounds. It will be difficult but at the end of the day, we will take home the three points,” he added.
Ashgold after 11 matches played sit 14th on the Premier League log with 12 points.
