Wolves welcome Manchester United to Molineux in a tasty Super Sunday clash ahead of the international break.
Victory could put Wolves as high as 12th depending on results earlier in the day, whereas Man Utd can go as high as first with a win if Tottenham fail to beat Watford in an earlier kick-off.

Wolves have no fresh injury concerns to report after Tuesday’s midweek Carabao Cup win at Nottingham Forest.
Willy Boly, Yerson Mosquera, Hugo Bueno (all hamstring), Jonny and Pedro Neto (both knee) are still ruled out.
Man Utd could welcome Edinson Cavani back into the first-team after the Uruguayan international missed their first two matches due to a lack of match fitness.
Eric Bailly (fitness) is a doubt but Scott McTominay (groin) joins Dean Henderson (fitness), Phil Jones (knee), Alex Telles (ankle) and Marcus Rashford (shoulder) on the sidelines.
Stat Attack
- Wolves have won just one of their last six league meetings against Manchester United (W1, D3, L2).
- Man Utd are unbeaten in three of their last five league trips to Molineux (W2, D1, L2).
- Wolves are yet to win a penalty in 14 previous Premier League meetings against Man Utd.
- Wolves haven’t lost six consecutive league matches since a seven-match run between March-April 2012.
- Both of Mason Greenwood’s two league goals have come in the second half so far this season.
Prediction
Despite losing their two opening league matches by single goal margins, Wolves do need to sort out their finishing which has been their biggest issue because their counter-attacking intensity has been excellent so far this season and ruthlessly dismantled Nottingham Forest in midweek in the Carabao Cup.
Man Utd meanwhile were disappointing at Southampton because the Saints quickly sussed out and shut down their game plan whilst punishing poor defensive gapping not closed down by Utd, yet credit must be given for sticking in there with fast-flowing attacks and dragging out a 1-1 draw.
On that note, this should hopefully be a cracking contest because I can see both teams going for it in terms of attack and this game could well boil down to defending, which makes a draw my best bet if Wolves can sort out their finishing otherwise this will be an away win.
Prediction: Wolves 1-1 Manchester United
