UK-based non-profit organisation Women in Games announced today that its Women in Games Awards will be broadcast live on GINX Esports TV — on Sky TV channel 433 as well as online.
The award show will take place on Saturday September 18th at 7pm BST. It will be the final event of the Women in Games Global Festival, which will take place from September 6th to 18th.
Women in Games will present 20 different awards — 12 of which the public can vote on (continue reading for how to vote, and to see the nominees for those 12 awards).
GINX Esports is also joining the Women in Esports Corporate Partnership programme, ‘further demonstrating the company’s commitment to championing diversity in gaming and esports’, according to a Women in Games release.
Marie-Claire Isaaman, CEO of Women in Games, commented: “GINX Esports TV is the latest in a growing number of organisations joining the Women In Games Corporate Ambassadorship Programme, demonstrating their commitment to putting diversity and inclusion front and centre of their business.
