The reigning Roland Garros champion has dropped just 18 games in four tournament victories.
No. 5-seeded Swiatek will play another Swiss, Belinda Bencic, in Saturday’s final.
“I feel perfect on court,” Swiatek said. “I feel really solid and that’s the most important thing for me because I enjoy everything.
“I hope tomorrow I also play well.”
The second-seeded Bencic fought off 16-year-old American qualifier Coco Gauff 7-6(2), 6-7(4), 6-2 in the second semifinal.
Bencic is playing for her fifth career title.
