National coaching roles

Applications are now being sought for the Cadet and Youth Boys and Girls Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the 2022-24 cycle.
Please see the position descriptions for each role:
Applications are due in writing by 5pm AEST on Wednesday 27th July and are to be sent to nicola.johnson@waterpoloaustralia.com.au. The application must include the following:
- An application letter of no more than 2 pages addressing the following key selection criteria:
- The applicant’s motivation for wishing to coach the relevant squad (Cadet or Youth),
- How the applicant will assess their effectiveness and impact in the role of Head Coach or Assistant Coach,
- The applicant’s coaching philosophy or core values/principles that guide their coaching and
- Information provided to demonstrate recent personal development the applicant has undertaken as a coach.
- A Curriculum Vitae of no more than 3 pages.
