MORAGA, Calif. – Cal men’s tennis freshman Carl Emil Overbeck won twice Saturday in the consolation singles draw to reach Sunday’s final in the ITA Northwest Regional Championships. But Cal senior Philip Hjorth, playing in the singles main draw, fell in the quarterfinals.
