On August 6th, the UFC will hold UFC Vegas 59, which is set to take place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Recently added to the card are women flyweights, Ariane Lipski and Priscila Cachoeira. Both of which are coming off of wins and will look to make their way into the top 15 of the division.
Former KSW flyweight champion, Lipski (14-7-0), made her way to the UFC in 2019. Since then, she has gone 3-3-0 with the promotion, holding back-to-back victories over Isabela de Padua and Luana Carolina. In her most recent outing, which came nearly a year ago, she defeated Mandy Bohm via unanimous decision.
Standing across the octagon will be “Zombie Girl” Cachoeira (11-4-0). With a UFC record of 3-4-0, her three victories under the promotion come over Shana Dobson, Gina Mazany, and Ji Yeon Kim. Come August, the 33-year-old Brazilian will look to pick up her second consecutive win.
