Back in February we reported on the riding accident that befell reality show doyenne, entrepreneur, and animal rights advocate Lisa Vanderpump. The Real Housewife star made news once again when she took to social media this week to mourn the sudden passing of her beloved miniature horse, Rosé. The celebrity wrote, “Such sadness today at Villa Rosa … Our little horse Rosé passed away unexpectedly last night, a frantic dash to hospital after she collapsed. Diamonds is crying for her too.”
Diamonds is the other half of the miniature horse duo who have appeared alongside Vanderpump on various social media platforms. Vanderpump, who launched Vanderpump Dogs in 2016, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the horrific dog meat trade in China, recently posted a video starring Rosé and Diamonds to promote a new 24/7 veterinarian hotline.
Our sympathies to Ms. Vanderpump and anyone who has suffered the loss of an animal.
