PORT CLINTON, Ohio – The UIndy women’s golf team (309-314-323) battled a tough field at the Rocket Classic Monday and Tuesday, hosted by the University of Toledo at The Catawba Island Club. The Greyhounds ended round one in second place but ultimately settled in seventh in the otherwise Division-I, mostly-MAC field.

Freshman Anci Dy (75-79-80) paced the Hounds, finishing at +18 to take 16th place. She was followed by individual-competitor Katelyn Skinner (+20), who tied for 20th in the 63-woman field.

Fifth-year senior Anna Kramer and junior Catharina Graf both finished inside the top 25, sharing 22nd place at +21. Seniors Elyse Stasil (+23) and Daniela Gomez (+39) rounded out the team scoring, with the latter earning a spot in the UIndy lineup for the first time.
