However, on Thursday, it was confirmed the club’s board had rejected the request for a meeting to discuss the medium to long-term future of the north London club.
Spurs fans flocked to Twitter to vent their frustrations with Daniel Levy and the club’s superiors after the news was broke by the THST.

Tottenham were able to get back on track on the weekend against Aston Villa, but their momentum was cut short with the international break interrupting Premier League action.
Despite the 2-1 victory on the weekend, it is apparent this news has come to the frustration of these Spurs fans, who have been left furious with the club’s board.
