Sergi Gómez will join Espanyol from Sevilla after the two clubs reached an agreement, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Gómez will sign for the newly-promoted side until June 2024 with the option of extending the deal until 2025.
The 29-year-old will add competition to a backline that already includes Leandro Cabrera, David López, Fernando Calero and Lluís López.
