But Tuchel has bought in a really strong team spirit and he has got every single player playing with passion and desire, which as well as quality, makes teams standout above others and turns them into winners.
Saul Niguez also has quality, and adding him into this team of quality players is already a massive bonus. But not only does he bring you quality as a player, he is also a player who plays with fight and spirit, and will do all he physically can to make sure this team continues to be winners.
Saul has a very strong mentality, so adding him into this squad of players who are also playing with a strong mentality and winning belief right now will be so positive for all involved.
He is the type of player that Tuchel will love for his personality, for his attitude, for his hard work, and for his quality on the ball. But things like a hard work ethic also goes a long way for coaches like Tuchel, and Saul having that already stands him in good stead to become a success under Tuchel.
These types of players go out on the pitch and leave nothing behind, these types of players are the ones who win titles and have the confidence to continue doing so.
Chelsea had been missing these types of players for some time, but under Tuchel they now have them in abundance and let’s hope this continues.
