Intermediate lions: Autopsy of an unavoidable failure in 6 points.

1- IT IS SUICIDAL TO CHANGE A COACH 2 MONTHS BEFORE A COMPETITION.

In one year, Clement Arroga had managed to build a good team with cohesion and good background. All he needed was a “killer”.

But alas, his successor came to turn everything upside down in an indescribable trial and error. Don’t get me wrong. Martin Ndtoungou Mpilé is a good coach but even the most beautiful lady on earth can only give what she has.

2 – WE CANNOT LEAVE THE REAL LIONS IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WHILE THOSE WITH SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH COACHES ARE BROUGHT IN!

Etta Bawack, the best right back in Cameroon who makes at least 10 cut backs or crosses per game, right foot as well as left foot, cannot be in the neighborhood while the Yamkams, and Hassanas who are in his shadows are drafted in for the CHAN.

– Léon Boyomo, the top scorer of the last championship (13 goals) cannot be in the neighborhood while the Many Kres that were used in all positions are center forward at CHAN.

Same for Arouna Dang, who with his experience and newfound qualities, deserved his place in the team.

– We’re raving about Ako Assomo’s rides while the best dribblers and technicians of the championship René Ndi, Samuel Nlend, Lobé Panguè are in the neighborhood. Same for the circles like Ojong Mark, Joël Ndzana, Ebonguè, Abanda Nkoa, Harry Ako and others remained in front of the TV.

3- IF WITCHCRAFT PAID AT SOCCER, INDIA WOULD BE WORLD CHAMPION ALL THE TIME.

From the 1st game, the Zimbabwean coach denounced witchcraft in the den, we thought it was a bad buzz. Multiple reports suggest witch doctors were pathfinders for the team. How on earth can players be forced to believe that witchcraft can influence modern football. A human being who doesn’t have enough sleep can barely perform on the pitch. You can not cheat nature.

4- IT IS THE CASE OF NDEDI THAT PROVED TO EVERYONE THAT THE COACH WAS NOT THE RIGHT MAN FOR THE SITUATION.

After a good first match, Zoua disappears from the list (several reasons among which the claim of bonuses) with Etamè Ngombè who is replaced by the young Ndedi, a member of a club (Donlap academy) in the 4th division in Douala.

20 minutes later, seeing the shipwreck, the coach replaces him and puts Etamè back at his post. What did Ndedi and other “sons of the coaches” do in this list? We will certainly know in the next few days.

5- THE PATHETIC MANAGEMENT OF THE PROFESSIONALS ZOUA AND NJENG.

These former experienced professionals could have been a great addition to the squad if they had been well managed. What happened to Jacques Zoua! Until today team doctors have not told Cameroonians what the former indomitable lions striker is suffering from that made him play just a game.

Did he complain about match bonuses and was dropped from the pecking order? Did he reject the use of witchcraft in modern football and was tagged betrayal? What happened to Jacques Zoua?

Did coach Mpilé lied to Cameroon about “a Jacques Zoua injury”?

What caused the fight between Yannick Ndjeng and his deputy coach? Did something fishy happen in that squad?

6- FOOTBALL OFFICIALS FROM HELL!

The shameful elimination of Cameroon from its CHAN is a perfect translation of its lame domestic championship. Fecafoot and Lfpc must also take the blame. Why is there no championship in the country? Your guess is as good as mine. GREED and POWER HUNGRY!

This CHAN has helped us to materialize the agony of Cameroonian soccer, undermined by clientelism, mysticism and corruption. With the new battles provoked by FIFA between FECAFOOT and the LFPC, the future looks bleak for our soccer.

CAMEROON FOOTBALL MUST BE REBUILT FROM SCRATCH!
