‘NOT EVERYTHING AT RANGERS IS ROSY’
‘Not everything at Rangers is rosy’, according to Steven Pressley, as he claims there is cause for concern over the lack of transfer business at Ibrox.
The ex-Ibrox star says the fact the Light Blues have only made one addition this month, in midfielder James Sands, should be a concern for Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Pressley said: “Rangers have been relatively quiet in the transfer window, they’ve only made one addition.
“I’m slightly concerned at this moment in time with their squad and their recent additions to the squad in the last couple of transfer windows and there’s speculation regarding a number of players on the way out.
“I think not everything is completely rosy at Rangers although they are four points ahead.
“I think there is some difficult times ahead for them.
“(Morelos being away) will have a very big impact, he’s their talisman and a pivotal player and under Giovanni he’s really excelled.
“That could be a major blow for Rangers but it’s going to be a terrific game. There’s so much to play for.
“Celtic have managed to reduce the deficit to four points and there’s a really positive feel good factor coming out of Celtic Park just now with the additions to the squad.
