Orlando Pirates have made a BOLD decision on two of their fringe stars who have never really managed to cement their places in the team.

Collins Makgaka and Wayde Jooste will NOT leave Pirates in this transfer window despite media reports initially claiming that they were on their way out.
Makgaka, who arrived from Baroka in 2020, hasn’t seen enough game time over the last two seasons as he has featured just 20 times in all competitions.

Jooste, 30, on the other hand, has featured in 39 competitive matches for Pirates since his arrival from Highlands Park in 2020.
And he was recently linked with a possible move to Chippa United ahead of next season, but Pirates have decided otherwise.

The news of the two players – Makgaka and Jooste – staying at Pirates were confirmed by their agent Kieran Brown of Sprint Management Group to KickOff.

“Collins [Makgaka] is staying at Pirates, as is Wayde [Jooste],” said Brown.
