Jens Petter Hauge’s career at Milan is over and he’ll try to get consistent playing time in Germany.

Hauge arrived in Milan last summer from the Norwegian FK Bodø/Glimt but never really managed to convince coach Stefano Pioli with his performances.

Jens Petter is now heading to the Bundesliga and will be playing for Eintracht Frankfurt, where André Silva excelled after leaving Milan. The official announcement arrived today:

“Milan announces it has sold the sporting performances of Jens Petter Hauge to Eintracht Frankfurt on a temporary loan basis, with an obligation for a definitive purchase upon the occurrence of certain conditions. The Club would like to thank Jens Petter for always showing the utmost professionalism and wishes him all the best for his personal and professional future.”

According to reports in Italy, Eintracht will pay €12m for the obligation for Hauge, for whom Milan paid around €4m. He ends his career at Milan with 25 appearances, 5 goals and 1 assist.
