Greuther Fürth have this afternoon announced the signing of 21-year-old central midfielder Tobias Raschl from fellow Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund on a contract until 2024.
The German says goodbye to BVB after six-and-a-half years at the club, joining Fürth for a reported six-figure fee.
“Tobias is a strong midfielder who is at home in the centre and can play there in a 6 or 10,” said sporting director Rachid Azzouzi. “He was integrated into training with the pros early on at Borussia Dortmund and was a regular in BVB’s third division team this season.”
