Oakland, CA – Oakland Roots Sports Club Announces Partnership with Mido Lotto, an app for safely and conveniently ordering Lottery tickets from a smartphone. The California-born and based Mido Lotto is dedicated to supporting community-oriented sports teams in the states where it operates. The app, which first launched in California in May 2020, is the highest rated transactional Lottery app in the Apple iTunes Store with over twenty-three thousand five-star reviews.
“We prioritize finding partners that are aligned with our Club values,” says Steven Powell, Chief Revenue Officer of Oakland Roots. “Once we connected with Mido Lotto, we quickly established that their organizational values aligned with ours. Mido Lotto Lottery proceeds benefit teachers, students and schools, which is where we saw the biggest natural fit with our mission.”
As part of the partnership, Mido Lotto will provide many perks to Oakland Roots fans and receive a mix of marketing support – including an in-app mini game, as well as serving as the club’s title sponsor for its Teacher and Student Appreciation Night match against the Colorado Springs Switchbacks on April 30 at Laney College in Oakland.
