August 18, 2022 – Major League Soccer (MLS) – New England Revolution News Release
FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – On Wednesday, August 24, the New England Revolution will host three local pediatric cancer survivors at the team’s training session as part of the Pablove Foundation’s Shutterbugs program. The Pablove Foundation is a national pediatric cancer non-profit that teaches kids with cancer to develop their creative voice through the art of photography.
The young artists will be photographing the team’s MLS training session as part of the Pablove Shutterbugs healing arts program, a six-week course that helps kids with cancer find joy and a creative outlet through photography. The program serves kids with cancer and survivors in New England and across the United States.
The Shutterbugs on August 24 include three local cancer survivors: Eleanor Art, 8, from Dartmouth, Mass., Chloe Tierney, 12, from Pembroke, Mass., and Doriana, 18, from Holbrook, Mass.
The artists will have their work displayed in the Pablove Shutterbugs’ Gallery at Gillette Stadium during the Revolution’s annual Kick Childhood Cancer Match on Saturday, September 17. The images will be printed on glass by Fracture and sold at the match with 100 percent of proceeds directly funding the Pablove Foundation’s pediatric cancer research grants.
