After sweeping away the Ghana Premier League and the MTN FA Cup, coach Samuel Baodu and his boys have already left Accra Hearts of Oak supporters in a big disappointment into the new season.
Well, the season is still young though but we can’t deny the fact that Accra Hearts of Oak are really struggling to find their form from last season.
Mohammed Poloo, a former Phobia legend has sacked the management to sack Samuel Boadu if he fails to turn things around in the team.
The defending League champions have only one point from their four games in the ongoing Ghana Premier League 2021/22 season, with a lost and three draws, they are yet to win a game.
The shocking and shameful start of the season has left the club at the 15th in the league with just three points.
Mohammed Polo told Kumasi-based Akoma FM in an interview that, Samuel Boadu must be sacked for the poor start to the season.
“Review Samuel Boadu’s work as soon as possible, if he cannot turn around the current run of poor form he should be sacked. If he can’t bounce back just give him the sack,” the veteran coach shared.
Poloo has described the coach, Samuel Boadu, as a coach who lacks experience, saying his inexperience is accounting for Hearts of Oak’s struggles this season.
The former Hearts of Oak legend added that the coach must show he is a top coach by being consistent with his team and not just a one-season wonder.
Hearts of Oak will be hoping to return to winning ways this weekend when they play JS Saoura in the CAF Confederations Cup on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Meanwhile, Samuel Boadu has said he doesn’t fear sacking if the management of Accra Hearts of Oak decides to fire him following a bad start to the season.
Speaking after their away defeat to Ashantigold, he noted that coaches are hired and fired when they under-perform so he’s ready to leave if Hearts ends his contract.
