Bobby Madden will be the man in the middle for Celtic and Rangers’ Scottish Cup semi-final.
The 43-year-old has been appointed as referee for the Hampden clash on Sunday, April 17.
It will be the fourth time the sides have met the season and there will be a lot on the line.
Celtic are pursuing a stunning treble as they look destined to be crowned Premiership champions.
Ange Postecoglou’s side have already won the Premier Sports Cup this season after a 2-1 win over Hibernian.
Rangers, meanwhile, will be determined to get their hands on some silverware this season.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side are also still in the Europa League, with the first-leg of their quarter-final clash against Braga on Thursday night.
Madden took charge of Celtic’s 3-0 win over their arch rivals in February and he produced an impressive display.
The semi-final clash at Hampden will be Madden’s 9th Old Firm fixture.
He’s awarded Celtic three penalties across those games, but he’s yet to award Rangers a spot-kick.
Madden has dished out a grand total of 39 bookings in the fixture, with Rangers receiving 23 yellow cards and Celtic 16.
