AshantiGold trainer Thomas Duah will rest two key players for their Ghana Premier League matchday 10 clash against Bechem United at the Nana Ansu Gyeabour Park in the MTN FA Cup, according to Asempa FM’s SportsNite show.
Kumasi-based broadcast journalist Jonathan Asiedu, known by his monikers – Sokoban Fatilow, has reported that midfielders Seth Osei and Yaw Annor are likely to be dropped to the bench as the former Ghana international seeks to shuffle his cards for the crucial game.
Osei, 22, has featured in all 9 games for the Miners this season and scored the lone goal on his return to WAFA with the Black and Yellows as the Obuasi-based side secured a 1-0 win on matchday 7.
Meanwhile, former Fuenlabrada midfielder Yaw Annor is also likely to drop to the bench for John Andoh to start in the offensive midfield role.
