Arsenal star likes Cristiano Ronaldo’s social post after Man Utd defeat -Shoot

Arsenal fell to a 3-2 defeat at Manchester United on Thursday in a pulsating Premier League encounter.

Emile Smith Rowe and Martin Odegaard scored for the Gunners but it wasn’t enough as a Bruno Fernandes goal and Cristiano Ronaldo brace secured the Red Devils a big three points.

But on social media, it wasn’t just the five-goal thriller fans were talking about.

Following the match, Gunners supporters were shocked to see that the Instagram account of their club captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had left a like on Cristiano Ronaldo’s celebratory post.

Aubameyang, 32, was substituted in the latter stages after a quiet individual performance and Gooners will now be even less impressed following this news.

Conclusions have been jumped to but it’s doubtful the Arsenal man liked the post personally.

It’s more than likely he has a social media team managing his accounts, something which led to him deactivating his Twitter account in April.

Aubameyang has scored four Premier League goals this term but has not netted in his last five matches.
