Arsenal have had a disastrous start to the 2021/22 Premier League season.

Mikel Arteta’s side sit bottom of the table after losing their first three matches, most recently suffering a 5-0 thrashing at Man City.

Although players have been brought into the club it seems the Gunners are also trying to show some through the exit door before Tuesday’s 11pm deadline.

It’s thought that one of those is left-back Sead Kolasinac, who played at the Etihad on Saturday.

However, Turkish sports reporter Yağız Sabuncuoğlu has claimed that the 28-year-old has been rejected by a fellow club’s president, meaning, as it stands, he’s still an Arsenal player.

Kolasinac out on loan earlier this year.

Sabuncuoğlu reports that Fenerbahce president Ali Koc said: “Sead Kolasinac’s side contacted us. They asked for a 3-year contract and 3 million euros per year (£7.7 million) with a 3 million signing on fee. We didn’t.”

But he then adds that Koc said “You will see Kolasinac will sign with another club for 1 to 1.5 million euros.”

Kolasinac has been mostly out of the picture under Arteta and spent the second half of last season out on loan at former club Schalke.
