With unsavoury protests on and off the field at London Stadium, co-chairmen David Gold and David Sullivan turn to David Moyes, the same manager they let go just 18 months prior, to turn their fortunes around.
Put politely, Moyes’ “That’s what I do, I win” claim on his second arrival in East London was met with scepticism by Hammers fans.
But now – sat fourth in the Premier League, having knocked Manchester United and Manchester City out of the Carabao Cup, and flying high on their European tour, has being a Hammer ever felt so good?
