Five more languages added to Luckbox | by James McMath

We’re constantly working to improve Luckbox and we are pleased to announce the website now features five more language options.

As well as English, esports fans can choose to enjoy in German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese or Simplified Chinese.

Our development team worked with translation partners All-In Global to add the new languages.

Luckbox’s Director of Product, Karl Bray said: “We built the entire Luckbox project around the philosophy ‘Esports Betting Done Right’, so — as we welcome new players from all over the world — it seems only right they should join a community that speaks their language.

Luckbox is now available in English, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese or Simplified Chinese

“The appeal of esports is truly global and we know that esports fans respond to brands that share their values. We’re excited that this update gives us the opportunity to communicate new features and share our passion for competitive gaming directly with our players.”

The new languages have been added during a busy period for the team, who last month added four new games, with FIFA betting, NBA2K, Rocket League and Rainbow Six Siege now available.

We are currently preparing for a public listing on the TSX Venture Exchange after a hugely successful first half of the year, recording a 500% increase in betting volume since March. Turnover has risen to almost 13 times that seen in November 2019, while deposits are up 10-fold since then.

Last week, we concluded a financing round that attracted more than $3.8m CAD from investors, with a second tranche due to close this week.
