Werder Bremen completed a sublime comeback on Saturday afternoon as they overturned a 2-0 deficit to beat Borussia Dortmund with three goals in six minutes. A poor display from BVB, Edin Terzic’s side found themselves 2-0 up after 77 minutes with goals from Julian Brandt and Raphael Guerreiro.
Werder Bremen head coach Ole Werner got his substitutions spot on. Lee Buchanan (89′), Niklas Schmidt (90+3′) and Oliver Burke (90+5) completed a superb performance from the visitors.
