This week’s panellists are asked to pick a next opponent for undefeated heavyweight Joe Joyce
Dave Allen (Heavyweight contender)
I think Joe Joyce could beat everyone, but I could also see his lack of defence leading to early knockout defeats if he faces the likes of Anthony Joshua or Deontay Wilder before changes are made. Joyce vs. Dillian Whyte is the fight I would like to see, but I see Joyce being avoided by all the top men.
Michael Conlan (Featherweight contender)
I’d like Joe to fight the winner of Usyk vs. Joshua. He’s done the rounds and beaten everyone he needed to in order to get in the position for it. His engine and chin make it one hell of a hard night for either man.
Gavin Gwynne (British and Commonwealth lightweight champion)
I think a really good fight for Joyce would be one against Andy Ruiz Jnr. I would love to see that happen and then see the winner fight the winner of Joshua vs. Usyk.
Jake Limond (Super-lightweight prospect)
I’d like to see Joe Joyce fight someone like Dillian Whyte. They’re two absolutely massive slabs of meat with insane power. The both of them punching lumps out of each other would be very entertaining.
