Moguls skier Matt Graham, one of three Australians to medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics, has broken his collarbone and is racing the clock to be healthy for Beijing 2022.
Graham snapped two bones in his collarbone during a training run in Indre Fjall in Sweden before a World Cup event, where he was running fourth.
He will undergo surgery in Europe before heading to Sydney to recover, with hopes of regaining his fitness in time for the Beijing Games.

While he’s expected to compete there, he’ll be lacking form after missing out on valuable lead-up events such as the World Cup.
Graham’s compatriot Jakara Anthony, who came fourth at the 2018 PyeongChang Games, finished third in the women’s event in Sweden.
Australia’s other 2018 medallists were Jarryd Hughes (snowboard cross) and Scotty James (half pipe).
Other Aussie medal hopes for Beijing 2022 include soon-to-be four-time Olympian Britt Cox (moguls), Bell Brockhoff (snowboard cross), Danielle Scott and Laura Peel (aerial skiers).
The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics begin on February 4 and run until February 20.
