The Cranberry Cup International took place Aug. 14-15 at the Skating Club of Boston in Norwood, Mass. In the women’s event, two-time U.S. Champion Alysa Liu won the competition, with Korea’s Young You taking home the silver and Team USA’s Mariah Bell finishing in third place.
In the men’s event, Vincent Zhou overly won the competition, finishing ahead of fellow Americans Jimmy Ma and Maxim Naumov, both who train at the Skating Club of Boston.
In the pairs’ event, three-time World medalists Evgenia Tarasova and Vladimir Morozov, of Russia, took home the gold medal, while reigning U.S. Champions Alexa Knierim and Brandon Frazier earned the silver. Knierim and Frazier’s training mates, Jessica Calalang and Brian Johnson, two-time U.S. silver medalists finished in third place.
